Wellness Coaches are members of the Optimum Health Club community who volunteer their time to welcome new members as they join the community, and to reach out and assist our members who may have questions or need access to resources. They are in essence our "good will ambassadors", and they are here to serve you. Reach out to a Wellness Coach any time you have questions about site features, or any other aspect of your membership and wellness. If they cannot answer your question they'll know who to contact to get you an answer.
